Last year, when Pat and I got married, we had the talented team of At Last Wedding Films document our wedding day. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to hire Jason and Mary to create our wedding video because they are professional, fun, creative and easy to work with! If you haven’t seen our wedding highlight video, you can watch it here. We’re so thankful that Jason recommended us to his friends, Michelle and Joe when they were looking for a wedding photographer! Jason will be one of Joe’s groomsmen and since Jason and Mary did such a phenomenal job for our wedding, we were excited to capture these fun and special moments for him and his friends as well.

We were excited to meet Michelle and Joe at their engagement session! Jason had told us beforehand that they were such a fun and sweet couple…and he was not lying! Michelle was such a sweetheart. We enjoyed chatting in between shots about the wedding, photography and other fun details. She also looked absolutely stunning, with her hair and makeup done at Ulta and Salon Ink…AND it was only the engagement session, so I know she will look flawless on her wedding day! Joe was all smiles and so much fun to work with. Of course, Pat and Joe bonded over their love of fitness. Joe is actually entering his first bodybuilding competition later this year – good luck, Joe! The two of them make such a beautiful couple – they are incredibly photogenic (I mean, look at these pics!!) and they weren’t afraid to have fun and show a little PDA when I was posing them. I know this sounds cheesy to say, but I really just LOVE couples who are in love!

Joe and Michelle will be getting married later this year at the lovely Darlington House in La Jolla, San Diego. It is one of my favorite venues to photograph because it is has such a quaint, elegant charm about it that makes it hard not to love. Pat and I cannot wait for their wedding day to come.
