I walked into the bridal suite and was greeted by hugs, laughter and the sweetest birthday card and present from the beautiful bride. It’s not everyday you get to shoot a wedding on your birthday! I had the most amazing day capturing their special moments and Kelly was so thoughtful to think of me – after all, it was her big day and she was the one that was supposed to be getting spoiled and pampered! Lisa, her phenomenal makeup artists glammed her up and it was so fun seeing her daughter, who I got to take newborn photos in December! Getting her makeup done right next to Kelly was her maid of honor Danitzia. Remember that GORGEOUS, colorful Indian wedding I did last year? That was Dani & Jason’s! I’m not surprised they are best friends because they are seriously both the sweetest girls you will ever meet. I loved getting a few “bestie” photos throughout the day too!

Kelly & Brock were glowing all day long. I loved stealing them away to get some photos on the river with that perfect sunset light. I even got a fun sparkler shot with them at the end of the night!! They were so fun to work with and I couldn’t get enough of Kelly’s veil that would flow in the breeze. SO pretty! Their reception was unforgettable with a talented live band and their friends dancing the night away with them.
